Special subsidies of up to 65% are available for students and professionals from low- and middle-income countries.
A new opportunity can facilitate the participation of students and teachers from low- and middle-income countries in the world’s largest event on Traditional, Complementary, and Integrative Medicine (TCIM). Until September 1, 2025, the 3rd World Congress on Traditional, Complementary and Integrative Medicine (3rd WCTCIM) will be accepting applications for special discount coupons that can reach up to 65% off the registration fee.
This initiative aims to facilitate participation in the TCIM World Congress, which takes place in October in Brazil, by providing more democratic access to knowledge and global networking, reinforcing the 3rd WCTCIM’s commitment to equity, one of the event’s ten principles.
This initiative is a direct result of the support from the event’s partners, who provided subsidies to make this campaign possible. The goal is to remove financial barriers and ensure that a diversity of knowledge and experiences enriches the discussions that will shape the future of global health, guaranteeing a plurality of knowledge and driving scientific advancement in the TCIM field.
How the Campaign Works
Thanks to subsidies granted by supporting partners, the TCIM World Congress is offering discounts of up to 65% on new registrations. This opportunity is intended for professors, researchers, students (both undergraduate and graduate), and professionals residing in Brazil and other low- and middle-income countries (listed as LMIC). It is important to note that this benefit is valid only for those who have not yet registered.
The organizing committee will give priority to authors whose work has been approved for presentation. To apply for this benefit, interested parties must fill out the subsidy request form by September 1, 2025. Each request will be reviewed individually, and a response will be sent within 15 days of submission.

Final Call for Scientific Abstract Submissions
Abstract submissions for the 3rd WCTCIM are in the final round. Interested parties have until July 15, 2025, to send their contributions. Approved abstracts will be published in a special supplement of the scientific journal Frontiers in Public Health, ensuring high visibility in an internationally recognized publication.

- Clinical Case Report: Detailed description of relevant clinical cases.
- Experience Report: Presentation of practical or management experiences in TCIM.
Tip to Enhance Your Participation
To secure your participation and the submission of your work, you do not need to pay the registration fee at the time of abstract submission. You can register in the system, submit your proposal, and, if it is approved, pay the registration fee before the event. This flexibility allows you to plan your participation more calmly and take advantage of the deadlines. Remember that submissions must be in English only.
