This presentation offers a comprehensive overview of pediatric integrative medicine across North America, highlighting educational pathways, clinical training, research, and advocacy. It explores undergraduate and graduate medical education initiatives, including residency and fellowship opportunities that integrate evidence-based complementary approaches into pediatric care. The session outlines certification pathways through the American Board of Integrative Medicine, detailing eligibility and requirements for physicians seeking formal recognition in the field.Key areas of active research will be discussed, with emphasis on collaborative networks such as BraveNet that advance clinical inquiry and innovation. Attendees will gain insight into publishing opportunities in peer-reviewed journals dedicated to integrative health. The presentation also showcases the role of longstanding professional organizations—including the American Academy of Pediatrics Section on Integrative Medicine, American College of Lifestyle Medicine, American Academy of Medical Acupuncture, and the Academic Consortium for Integrative Medicine & Health—in fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, advocacy, and policy development. With over two decades of collective experience, these organizations continue to shape the future of pediatric integrative medicine globally.
