Abstract

The results of the development of monographs on native medicinal plants of Ecuador are presented as part of the project initiative for the development of the Pan-American Compendium of Medicinal Plants.
Specifically, the results of the phytotherapeutic applications of the following species are presented: Oenocarpus bataua Mart., Maytenus laevis Reissek y Equisetum bogotense Kunth.
