The 3rd World Congress on Traditional, Complementary and Integrative Medicine (WCTCIM) introduces “Confluence,” an exhibition designed to merge science and art. This initiative invites congress participants to join the Artwork Submission process and showcase their creative talents. Consequently, it celebrates the cultural diversity of a global community that has already contributed scientific works from 47 countries.
The exhibition provides a unique space where scientific and artistic narratives can meet. Ultimately, the goal is to encourage dialogue, foster new perspectives, and strengthen connections among researchers, health professionals, and leaders from around the world.
New Extended Deadline for Submissions
The main objective is to highlight the artistic expressions of professionals in traditional, complementary, and integrative medicines, strengthening community and intercultural dialogue through art. Due to significant interest, the deadline for Artwork Submission has been extended. The new final date to submit your work is now October 3rd.
Following the new deadline, the final selection results will be announced on October 10th. We invite participants to submit various two-dimensional artworks, including paintings, drawings, photography, collages, and written pieces such as poetry. The selected works will form a permanent exhibition displayed throughout the congress.
Artwork Submission Guidelines
To ensure a smooth process, all participants must adhere to the following rules. Participants must submit all works through the official online form, as proposals that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for evaluation.
- Only the main author, who must be registered for the Congress, can submit a proposal.
- Each work may include up to 10 co-authors.
- All proposals must be submitted using the official online form.
Presentation Format and Evaluation
All artworks must be presented in a specific format to maintain consistency within the exhibition. Each artistic poster should be A0 size (841mm × 1189mm) and in portrait orientation. At the top, include the author’s name, affiliation, country, and a brief description of the artwork (maximum 150 words).
An Artistic Committee will review proposals based on originality, technical quality, relevance to the Congress theme, and diversity. Furthermore, the committee will communicate final results directly to authors via email.
