Final Reminders Before The Congress
With the congress just around the corner, here are a few key reminders to ensure you're prepared:
- Presentation Submission: Please upload your presentation through the portal at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to avoid any technical issues.
- Review the Schedule: Double-check the final program for your session's time and location. Minor adjustments may have been made.
- Stay Connected: Ensure you have our key contact numbers saved for any on-site assistance you may need.

Important Information & Logistics
- Venue: Riocentro Convention Center — Av. Salvador Allende, 6555 – Gate C, Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro – RJ, 22780-160.
- Opening Day (Oct 15): Pre-congress activities from 8:00–17:00 (e.g., Integrative Pediatric Track, Naturopathy/Naturology Seminar). Official Opening at the Main Auditorium from 18:00–19:30.
- Cultural Activities (Oct 15 — after Opening): Cultural performances and networking immediately after the Opening Ceremony in the main foyer. Free access for all participants. See the full program for details.
- Official Agency (Transfers & Tours): BLUMAR Travel Agency. We recommend that all tourist services and transfers related to the event be contracted directly through Blumar. WhatsApp: +55 21 99114-4780.
- Registration & Speaker Amenities: A VIP Lounge will be available exclusively for speakers and session chairs for receptions, press interviews, quick meetings, and networking. For operating hours/support, contact [email protected].
- Congressman Kit: Your congressman kit will be available for collection at the RIOCENTRO in the VIP Room/Media Desk.
Presentations & Timing
- You may use your own notebook. If presenting without it, please deliver your audiovisual material in advance to the Media Desk located in the VIP Room. The screen format is 16:9 widescreen. PowerPoint or Keynote are supported—please inform the Media Desk of your preference.
- Regular Panels: 15 minutes per speaker (exceptions apply for plenary, keynote speakers, and recorded/online presentations).
- Oral Presentations of Papers: 10 minutes per presentation.
- Session Chairs: 5 minutes for opening remarks. Chairs moderate the session and lead the Q&A at the end. Please validate the session with all participants one week prior. For assistance, email [email protected].
- Official Language: The official language is English. All presentations and slides must be in English. In exceptional, pre-arranged cases, talks may be in another language. AI-powered simultaneous translation will be available.
Q&A Format
- Plenary Sessions: Questions will be asked live using a microphone.
- Parallel Sessions: Questions will be submitted by participants via a form accessible through a QR Code, for both in-person and online attendees.

Basic Safety Recommendations in Rio de Janeiro
Transportation
- Use official taxis, Uber, or transportation arranged by the congress (BLUMAR Travel Agency).
- Avoid unlicensed street taxis or informal ride offers.
Personal Belongings
- Keep your passport, credit cards, and large amounts of money in a hotel safe.
- Carry only what you need for the day, using crossbody bags or front-worn backpacks in crowded areas.
Venue & Surroundings
- Always wear your congress badge inside RIOCENTRO.
- Do not leave your belongings unattended.
- Follow the guidance of event staff and security personnel.
In the City
- Avoid walking alone late at night; prefer moving in groups, especially when exploring tourist areas.
- Do not display valuable items (jewelry, cameras, smartphones) unnecessarily in public spaces.
