Cancellation/Transfer and Refund Policies
In cases of cancellation, the attendee must formalize their request via email to info@oxfordeventos.com.br observing the following criteria:

No substitutions or transfers of registration from one participant to another will be allowed.
**According to the PROCON Consumer Protection Code (Brazil, Law No. 8,078/1990, Article 49):
consumers who purchase products or services via the internet have the right to withdraw from the purchase within seven days from the date of payment confirmation, without any justification or penalty.
