Mayara Rezende is a researcher at Fiocruz with a PhD in Public Health. She specializes in the regulation of medicinal plants, innovation in phytomedicines, and integrating real-world evidence into regulatory frameworks for biodiversity-based health products.

Dr. David Picking is a Senior Research Fellow at The University of the West Indies, Jamaica. His research focuses on ethnopharmacology and the integration of medicinal plants into healthcare. He represents TRAMIL on the CABSIN-led Pan-American Compendium committee.

Abrahão Nunes da Silva is a National Health Councillor of Brazil and Coordinator of the Commission for Integrative and Complementary Health Practices, focusing on public health policy within the SUS.

Dr. Kelsy Arbiza is a Physician in Family and Community Medicine with a PhD in Health Services Management. She is the Advisor on TCIM at Uruguay's Ministry of Public Health and a member of the TCIM Network of the Americas, focusing on integrating TCIM into health systems.

Kamilla Reis is a Naturologist and specialist in women's health. She serves as the Executive Director of the Brazilian Association of Naturology (ABRANA) and its representative at the National Health Council, where she contributes to public health policies.

Itana Scher holds a Master's degree in Professional Health Education from FIOCRUZ and a degree in Pharmacy. Her expertise covers Pharmacognosy, Ethnopharmacy, Ethnobotany, and Popular Health Education, focusing on traditional and popular knowledge systems in health.
