The EGM for Homeopathy synthesizing systematic reviews (SR) evidence published from 1991 to 2021. Out of 51 SRs, 42 yielded uncertain results.<br \/>\nMany gaps in the evidence base can be identified from the EGM. However, some primary studies show positive or potentially positive results for conditions such as fibromyalgia,<br \/>\notitis media, diarrhea, respiratory infections, post-menopausal syndrome, irritable bowel syndrome, and ADHD in children. Additionally, measures of well-being and quality of<br \/>\nlife should be used as primary outcomes, aligning with the phenomenology of homeopathy.
